The bubbles tickle the tongue and leave a fresh and vibrant taste, I mean look, in the eyes. Yes, it is impossible not to feel cheerful after tasting strawberries and pink cava! The Chinese are well aware of it: on their special occasions, they get crazy for pink bubbles, being “guilty" of making prices increase even in our country, due to the famous butterfly effect. We offer you a tasting of wines from Mallorca, all of them with an organic soul and Mediterranean personality. We will taste four styles of wine, one white, one pink, a young red and finally a "crianza" red, to discover their different characteristics with the help of our senses, and the presence of a great sommelier.

Imagine a walk through downtown Palma. Imagine that, as if by magic, you suddenly bump into a shop window with a pyramid of your favorite sweets. Smell of coffee and sugar, the flavour of macarons or homemade apple pie in your taste buds. You go on, and a few hundred meters away, on a narrow road between palaces that you still haven't discovered, there is a small art gallery where you can admire the attractive shapes and colors of modern artworks. But there's more. If you know where to look, you will discover the only place in the old town where the sound of birds can be clearly distinguished while the sun's rays caress your skin ... or that little shop where all the aromas, different and striking, seem delicious.
